Benefits and Dangers of Tennis
Here following are the general benefits and dangers related to playing tennis weither it on the physical level or the mental level:
- Stay in good physical shape:
Tennis is an excellent way to tone muscles and develop a strong heart. Tennis is a simple mix of stamina strength and speed which tends to make it quite dificult to start off with. Since this sport is not an aerobic activity, you will need to combine your tennis playing along with running or cycling. It will bring you to a healthier and more enjoyable life.
- Stay in good mental health:
Tennis is a sport which rquires constant concentration unlike running and swimming, so it magicly makes people forget of there worries they have at home or in the workplace. I personaly take out my anger on those little fuzzy balls.
- Caution:
Tennis envolves many quick starts and stops causing excessif stresse on joints. Tennis elbow is a result of the stresse put on the hitting arm which hyperextends your elbow and does hurt. Those things happen when players are too young or weak to be playing as hard as they are.
